Home Class, installation view, Dana Art Gallery at Kibbutz Yad Mordekhai

Home Class, curated by Ravit Harari, examines the failed attempt to implement socialism in economic and governmental systems. The exhibition brings together video works, drawings, and objects relating to the former Soviet Union, the Hashomer Hatzair youth movement, and Kibbutz Yad Mordechai, which was founded by members of the movement.

Tati brings fragments of these narratives into dialogue with his own work to tell the story of the place from his perspective. The kibbutz archive served as a source of information and inspiration for the exhibition.

Interview with Moshe Soker, political activist and one of the founders of Kibbutz Yad Mordechai.
